SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time:
All items are made to order and require 3-7 business days for production after design approval. You will receive a design proof via email at fancynancyscreations@yahoo.com before we begin production.

Shipping Methods:
We ship via USPS

Processing Time: Upon receipt of payment, Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates We offer the following shipping option:

• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are shipped via USPS/UPS.

International Shipping: We currently only ship within the United States.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's journey.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at fancynancyscreations@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) so we can resolve the issue.

Custom/Personalized Orders Please note that custom or personalized tumblers may require additional processing time. We'll notify you of any delays.
