RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Custom/Personalized Items:
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom items (tumblers, decals, pillows, beanies with custom patches) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged once production begins.
Design Approval:
You will receive a design proof for approval before we begin production. Please review carefully - once approved, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at fancynancyscreations@yahoo.com with photos. We will replace the item at no charge.
Wrong Item Received:
If we sent you the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we'll send the correct item at no charge.
Order Cancellations:
Orders can only be cancelled before design approval and production begins. Contact us immediately at fancynancyscreations@yahoo.com.
Non-Custom Items:
Standard (non-personalized) items may be returned within 30 days in unused condition for store credit.

Our Commitment At Fancy Nancy's Creations, we want you to love your custom tumbler! We take great care in creating each product, but we also want you to understand the unique characteristics of sublimation printing.
Sublimation Printing Disclaimer Please note that sublimation printing is a specialized process with the following characteristics:
- Color Variations: Colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor settings and the sublimation process. Slight variations in color intensity and tone are normal and not considered defects.
- White Areas: Some designs may show small white areas or spots where the sublimation ink doesn't fully saturate. This is a natural characteristic of the sublimation process and not a defect.
- Design Placement: Minor variations in design placement may occur and are within normal production standards.
14-Day Return Policy You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Eligible Returns We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for:
- Defective products (manufacturing defects, not sublimation characteristics)
- Damaged items received
- Incorrect items shipped
Non-Returnable Items Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Color variations or minor white spots (normal sublimation characteristics)
- Customer preference or "changed my mind" requests
- Custom/personalized orders (unless defective or damaged)
- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless defective or damaged)
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at fancynancyscreations@yahoo.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Provide photos of the issue
- We'll review and provide return instructions if approved

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns
- We will cover return shipping for defective or damaged items
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at fancynancyscreations@yahoo.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Include photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
